I came across an interesting entry at hongkiat.com about creating logos. This would be useful in my Graphic Arts class. It takes out some of the frustration on creating logos non-specialized programs. Worth a look …

Arlene just finished her presentation on “Handhelds in Math” at the UOG MASCOT Conference. It felt wonderful to see a colleague present professionally on the use of handhelds in the curriculum, especially since she started using them after I convinced her they were great tools to use in her Math classroom.

I just wrapped up my presentation on “Blogging for Education and Teacher Professional Development” at the MASCOT conference held at the university of Guam on January 28, 2006.
There were over 20 attendees made up of public and private school educators in Guam, including a group of educators from Saipan.
